I was fortunate enough to assist and learn from the very best. Subsequently when the time came for me to support another engineers' journey, I did so. I take this role very seriously and my hope is always to achieve one thing: to help them through the process of opening their ears. I have always sourced and supported exceptional individuals. All of which have achieved incredible things.
